The Proposal

On a 'planned' trip to Iowa City, Josh proposed to Ali. The two went to church that morning at Parkview Church. The sermon was actually about 1 Corinthians 13:4-15 (Love is patient and kind..). 

After church and being filled with the 'loving' vibe from the sermon, Josh took Ali on a walk in Iowa City. Josh brought Ali back to the place they first met, on Dubuque street. He tried to talk Ali into acting-out the first time they met, but she wasn't having it. He then asked her where she thought the exact spot was where they first met. She said 'right about here..' Josh then got down on one knee (with passing cars honking their horns as they drove by) and asked Ali to spend the rest of her life with him.
